Equipping the global church since 1987.

Making disciples and making disciples into disciple-makers.

CPE exists as a resource of training and guidance to the local church and its leaders for the sole purpose of building up the kingdom and body of Christ. This is accomplished through the equipping, encouraging, and engaging of every believer in personal evangelism, personal discipleship, and ultimately the planting of new churches.

for leaders.
for the church.
for Jesus.

for LEADERS.

CPE is committed to working alongside pastors and church leaders, affirming and empowering their ministry to the local church and surrounding community. We are not pioneers into any area. We are supporters of those on the front lines of kingdom advancement.

for the CHURCH.

CPE equips leaders who are likewise committed to equipping the members of their churches. All Christians are called to be witnesses of Jesus Christ to the ends of the world, and we believe that Christ will be best known when the pews of our churches are filled with missionaries.

for JESUS.

CPE equips leaders who equip church members to proclaim Jesus Christ and Him crucified. Our strategies and resources are designed to serve a single vision; that Jesus Christ, who came, died, and lived again for sinners, would be preached, exalted, and worshipped. Because He is worthy.

The Gospel

2019-01-24 03.39.02 1 (2).jpg

All people are created in God's image, to reflect His glory and enjoy Him in intimate relationship. Despite this design, all people have subsequently sinned and fall short of God's glory, are thus separated from God, and have earned physical, spiritual, and eternal death as a just punishment. Man is unable to save himself, meaning there is nothing he can do to avoid the penalty of death or to reconcile himself to God by any amount of good works or religion. Instead, JESUS, who is fully God and fully man, lived a sinless life and died on a cross in our place. In so doing, Jesus satisfied the penalty of death that we could not avoid. He then rose from the dead three days later, winning for us the life we could never earn. Man is saved from sin's penalty, given Christ's righteousness and eternal life, and reconciled to God as a gift of God's grace alone, accomplished by Christ's death and resurrection, to be received by personal repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

CPE’s Doctrinal Statement

GOD

There is one God, infinitely perfect, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

JESUS CHRIST

The Lord Jesus Christ is God manifest in the flesh; we affirm his virgin birth, sinless humanity, divine miracles, vicarious and atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension, ongoing mediatorial work, and personal return in power and glory.

HOLY SPIRIT

The Holy Spirit is a divine person, sent to indwell, guide, teach, empower the believer, and convince the world of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment. The Holy Spirit enables believers to live a holy life, to witness and work for the Lord Jesus Christ.

SCRIPTURE

The Holy Scriptures, as originally given by God, are divinely inspired, infallible, entirely trustworthy, and constitute the only supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

MAN

All human beings are made in the image of God and yet are born with a sinful nature and as such are separated from the life of God, and can be saved only through the atoning work of the Lord Jesus Christ. The portion of the unrepentant and unbelieving is existence forever in conscious torment; and that of the believer, in everlasting joy and bliss.

SALVATION

The salvation of lost and sinful men requires their regeneration by the Holy Spirit.  This salvation is possible only through the merits of the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, and is received by faith apart from works.

THE CHURCH

The Church consists of all those who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, are redeemed through His blood, and are born again of the Holy Spirit.

JUDGMENT

Ultimately God will judge the living and the dead, those who are saved unto the resurrection of life, those who are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
