About the Author
JOEL VAN HOOGEN is the co-founder and President of Church Partnership Evangelism, a ministry dedicated to establishing strategic church to church partnerships around the world. This platform has provided Joel with a busy travel schedule working in over 40 countries, instructing the body of Christ in engagement strategies for Spirit led personal evangelism, discipleship and church planting. Joel's greatest passion is to proclaim the Lord Jesus Christ as our sufficiency in all things and to call the church to walk whole and holy lives in His fullness. Joel has maintained a pastoral ministry in the local church since his graduation from Seminary with a Masters of Divinity in 1987. He lives with his wife in Boise, Idaho where he also serves as the Bible teacher for Bread of Life Radio.
